Can I start with Community and upgrade later?
Yes. The Community edition is fully functional open-source software under Apache 2.0. You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time without losing your existing agent configurations.
What counts as an execution?
An execution is a single invocation of an agent or workflow from start to completion. For example, running a vulnerability scan agent once equals one agent execution. A workflow execution is when an entire multi-step pipeline runs end-to-end — regardless of how many agents or steps are involved, it counts as one workflow execution. Agent executions and workflow executions are tracked separately against your plan limits.
Do I need to provide my own LLM API keys?
Yes. ZAK routes to your LLM provider accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Ollama). You bring your own API keys and pay the LLM provider directly. ZAK does not charge for LLM usage.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
Pro and Enterprise plans have overage rates ($0.50 and $0.30 per extra run respectively). You will receive alerts at 80% and 100% usage. Agents are never stopped mid-execution.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial. Enterprise includes a guided proof-of-concept with our solutions team. No credit card required for either.
